Who we are
I am a Healthcare leader who speaks at the intersection of leadership psychology, operations, and wellness helping leaders and organizations create psychologically safe, high-performing cultures. My passion is creating workplaces where people feel valued, safe, and inspired to perform at their best. My journey began in healthcare through hands-on experience in Quality, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Patient Experience, and Patient Safety. These roles gave me a front-row seat to how culture, leadership, and processes directly impact outcomes for patients and teams alike.
Working across settings like critical access hospitals, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), consulting, private practice, and non-profits, I developed a holistic understanding of what it takes to build organizations that are not only operationally excellent but also deeply people-centered.
This blend of operational expertise and a growing interest in leadership psychology naturally led me to focus on Organizational Development. Today, I design and lead initiatives that enhance psychological safety, elevate employee engagement, and foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
