Helping leaders build environments where people can perform, learn, and heal.

Healthcare leadership isn't a people problem. It's a system design problem.

Cristina Oliveri is a healthcare executive, speaker, organizational psychology researcher, and educator exploring the intersection of stress physiology, psychological safety, leadership behavior, and healing environments.

With more than two decades of experience in healthcare systems leading healthcare operations, quality improvement, compliance, workforce strategy, and organizational transformation, Cristina has spent her career helping healthcare organizations navigate complexity while keeping people at the center of the work.

As a Chief Operating Officer and founder of Cristina Oliveri Consulting, she brings a unique perspective that bridges healthcare operations, organizational psychology, neuroscience, and workforce sustainability. Her work examines how workplace culture influences human performance, well-being, learning, decision-making, and ultimately the capacity of both individuals and organizations to thrive.

Cristina believes that many of the challenges facing healthcare today including burnout, turnover, disengagement, communication breakdowns, and diminished trust are not simply people problems. They are often symptoms of deeper system conditions that shape behavior, performance, and outcomes.

Through consulting, executive advisory services, speaking engagements, and leadership education, she helps organizations move beyond symptom management and address the underlying factors that influence organizational health and human flourishing. Her work challenges leaders to think differently about culture, psychological safety, accountability, and the environments they create for both patients and teams.

Cristina is a frequent speaker on leadership under chronic system stress, psychological safety, workforce sustainability, and organizational culture. Her presentations blend evidence-based research with real-world healthcare leadership experience, providing practical strategies leaders can apply immediately within complex organizations.

She holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA), serves as a healthcare executive in a Federally Qualified Health Center, and is pursuing doctoral research in Leadership Psychology focused on leadership, human behavior, and organizational systems.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief:

When we create healthier systems, people perform better, learn more effectively, experience greater well-being, and are better able to heal.

Beyond her work in healthcare leadership and organizational psychology, Cristina is also a Reiki Master Practitioner and lifelong student of human development, stress regulation, and healing. This perspective informs her interest in how environments, relationships, and leadership behaviors influence individual and organizational well-being.

While her work is grounded in evidence-based leadership, organizational science, and healthcare operations, she believes meaningful transformation occurs when we understand both the systems people work within and the human experience of navigating them.
